Questions
Frequently asked
How do I sign in?
Use the same username and password as the myTime website. One account works in both places. After you sign in once, the app can offer Face ID or fingerprint unlock so you do not have to type your password every time.
I am new — how do I create my account?
Tap "Create your account" on the sign-in screen. You will need your employee number, your last name and the last four digits of your Social Security number, then an email address where we send a confirmation code. Pick a password and you are in. If any detail does not match what your employer has on file, contact your payroll department to have it corrected.
I forgot my password
On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your username. We verify it is you with a code sent to your phone or email (or your authenticator app), and you choose a new password right in the app. If you no longer have access to that phone or email, contact support and we will help verify your identity.
What is the verification code (two-factor authentication)?
To protect your pay information, myTime asks for a one-time code when you sign in on a new device. You can receive it through an authenticator app, a text message, or email. We recommend an authenticator app — it is the most secure and works without cell service. Check "Trust this device for 30 days" to skip the code on your own phone. Manage your methods under Account → Security; trusted devices can be reviewed and removed on the myTime website under Security.
How do I view or download a pay stub?
Open the Pay tab. Your latest paycheck is summarized on the Home screen; tap it, or choose any pay date in Paycheck History, to see where each dollar went. "Full stub" opens the printed stub, which you can save or share as a PDF — it matches the stub on the website exactly.
How do I change my direct deposit?
Tap Direct Deposit, then enter your bank routing number and account number. The routing number is verified and your bank name shown so you can confirm it is correct before submitting. Changes are reviewed by payroll before they take effect.
How do I enroll in health, dental or vision benefits?
When you are eligible, a Benefit Enrollment task appears on the Home screen with its deadline. Tap it to enroll or decline each plan: add family members, compare plans and monthly rates, read the plan details, and sign. Your choices are sent to your employer’s benefits team, and the tracker on the Home screen shows what is still open.
How do I report time off?
Tap Time Off, pick a single day or a range, add a note if you like, and submit. Payroll is notified and you get a confirmation by email. You can change or cancel a notice any time before the first day.
Where are my tax forms (W-2, 1095-C)?
Tap Tax Documents to open your W-2 and 1095-C forms in the app as they become available, and save them as PDF.
How do I get notified when I am paid?
Allow notifications when the app asks. New pay stubs and important notices appear in the notification center on the Home screen, and you can also register your cell phone under Account → Employee Information for text alerts.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Account → Settings → Privacy & Data → Delete my account. You confirm with your password and a verification code. This removes your myTime sign-in; your employment and payroll records stay with your employer, as the law requires, and you can register again later. No longer have the app? Use the request form at westedgeinc.com/mytime-delete-account.
I have a question about my pay or hours
Pay amounts, hours and deductions are set by your employer. For those questions, please contact your employer’s payroll or HR department directly. myTime support can help with signing in and using the app.
Is my information secure?
Yes. Data is encrypted in transit, sign-in is protected by two-factor authentication, you can lock the app with Face ID or your fingerprint, and the app hides your pay information in the app switcher. See our Privacy Policy for details.
