Services

Build it, connect it, keep it running.

Eight practices that cover the life of a system, from the first whiteboard sketch to the patch you apply four years later. Most projects draw on several of them.

Custom Software Development

Applications built around the way your business actually runs, not around the limits of an off-the-shelf product.

When a process is core to how you compete, bending it to fit a packaged tool costs more than it saves. We design and build line-of-business applications that fit your workflow exactly, then document and hand off code your team can keep running for years.

Custom CRM, ATS & VMS Platforms

Recruiting, sales and vendor platforms shaped to your desk process instead of a vendor roadmap you do not control.

Applicant tracking, vendor management and CRM are where staffing and services firms actually live all day, and the packaged options force everyone to work the way the product was designed. We build these platforms to match how your recruiters, account managers and suppliers really operate, including the parts your current system makes you do in a spreadsheet.

Mobile App Development

Native and cross-platform apps for the people doing the work away from a desk.

We build mobile apps for iOS and Android, and we start from what the job actually looks like in the field: gloves on, one hand free, signal that comes and goes. That means offline-tolerant data, a screen you can read outdoors, and a sync model that never silently loses a shift report.

Web Applications & Portals

Fast, accessible, mobile-ready web software that works on the first try for the people who use it all day.

We build responsive web applications with a bias toward speed and clarity: server-rendered where that is fastest, interactive where it needs to be, and tested against real browsers and real assistive technology rather than a checklist.

Systems Integration & APIs

Getting your systems to agree with each other, reliably, without a person re-keying data in between.

Most operational pain is not a missing system. It is three systems that do not talk. We map the data, design the contract, build the integration, and add the monitoring and retry logic that keeps it working after we leave.

Data Engineering & Analytics

One version of the numbers, refreshed on a schedule, that everyone in the room can trust.

We consolidate data from the systems you already run into a warehouse or reporting layer, define the metrics once, and put them in front of decision makers as dashboards or scheduled reports, with the lineage documented so anyone can trace a number back to its source.

Cloud, DevOps & Infrastructure

Deployments that are boring on purpose: repeatable, reversible and monitored.

We set up the pipeline, the environments and the alerting so releasing software stops being an event. Whether you run in Azure, AWS or your own data center, the goal is the same: any engineer on your team can ship safely on a Tuesday afternoon.

Legacy Modernization

Moving critical systems forward without the big-bang rewrite that never lands.

Old systems are usually old because they work. We modernize them in stages: characterize the behavior, wrap it in tests, carve off one capability at a time, so the business keeps running while the platform underneath it changes.

Engagement models

Four ways to put us to work

The commercial shape matters as much as the technical one. We would rather start small and earn the larger engagement than sell a program you are not ready to run.

Advisory & Assessment

A short, fixed-fee engagement to answer a specific question: is this architecture going to hold, what will the migration really cost, why is this application slow. You get a written recommendation you can act on with or without us.

Typically 2 - 4 weeks

Project Delivery

We scope the work, agree on what done looks like, and deliver it in increments you can see and use along the way. Fixed-fee where the scope is clear, time and materials where discovery is part of the job.

Fixed-fee or T&M

Team Augmentation

Senior engineers embedded in your team, working in your repositories, your standups and your process. Useful when you have the roadmap and the domain knowledge but not enough hands.

Monthly, by the engineer

Support & Managed Services

Ongoing care for software we built or inherited: monitoring, patching, small enhancements and a defined response time when something breaks at 6am.

Retainer with SLA

Deliverables

What actually lands on your side of the table

A finished project is more than a running application. These transfer with every engagement, without a separate line item and without being asked.

If we disappeared the day after launch, your team should be able to open the repository, read the runbook and keep going. That is the standard we build to.

  • Full source history in a repository you control.
  • Architecture notes and data model documentation.
  • Runbook: deploy, roll back, restore, rotate credentials.
  • Automated tests covering the paths that matter.
  • Every account and credential in your name.
  • A recorded walkthrough for whoever maintains it next.
  • A written list of third-party licenses in use.

Questions

Frequently asked

How does a project usually start?

With a call. Thirty minutes is normally enough for us to understand the problem and tell you whether we are the right fit. If there is a project there, the next step is a short paid discovery that produces a written scope and a real number.

Do you work fixed-fee or hourly?

Both. Fixed-fee when the scope is well understood and stable, which is fairer to you. Time and materials when discovery is genuinely part of the work, with a not-to-exceed ceiling and weekly reporting so the budget never surprises you.

Who owns the code you write?

You do, on delivery. It lives in your repository, under your accounts, with your credentials. We use open-source and commercially licensed components where it makes sense, and every license is disclosed in writing before it goes in.

Can you work with our existing development team?

Yes, and often that is the better arrangement. We work in your repositories, follow your conventions and join your standups. The goal is to leave your team stronger than we found it, not to build a dependency.

What happens after launch?

Whatever you want to happen. Some clients take full ownership at handoff and never call again. Others keep us on a support retainer with a defined response time. Either way the documentation and access transfer are the same.

Do you take over projects other people started?

Regularly. It starts with an honest assessment of what is there: what is salvageable, what is not, and what it will cost to get to a stable place. You get that assessment in writing before committing to anything further.

Next step

Tell us what is not working.

A thirty-minute call is usually enough to tell you whether we can help, what it would take, and roughly what it would cost. No deck, no discovery fee to have the conversation.
